MTB Aviation Europe 2025 drew to a close last week in the remarkable setting of Rome, leaving us with another memorable edition. Over three days, MTB provided a platform for aviation leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The energy, expertise, and commitment shown by our delegates played a pivotal role in the event’s success, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed.
“Just wanted to say a huge thanks for the hospitality and making me feel at ease when I was outside of my comfort zone with this being my first networking event. It was a lovely event and done really well too. “

Delegates arrived on Wednesday to check in with the MTB Team, collecting directories, badges, and lanyards kindly supported by MTI Aviation, along with a co-sponsored welcome bag featuring a Yeti and a luggage tag from Next Level Aviation. With the team on hand to provide guidance, the event began on a smooth and well-organised note.
To kick off the programme, Flight Power and APAS hosted a hands-on pasta-making experience at Chalet del Lago. Split into teams of ten, delegates learnt to prepare two traditional pasta dishes under the guidance of expert chefs, with one participant from each group winning a bottle of local olive oil for the best presentation.
That evening, the welcome dinner brought everyone together in a relaxed and lively setting designed to spark conversation and connection. Both long-standing friends and new acquaintances shared the table, creating an open and collaborative atmosphere that carried into the following days. Each place setting also featured thoughtful gifts: a model aeroplane from AMP Aero Services and a keyring from Aeras Aviation.

Thursday marked the start of one-to-one meetings, a busy and productive day of networking. Buyers were welcomed to their tables, equipped with notepads and pens from AMP Aero Services and water on coasters sponsored by Aeras Aviation, while suppliers collected their tailored schedules from the MTB support desk. With the team supporting every step of the way, discussions flowed easily, sparking new opportunities, sharing valuable insights, and strengthening partnerships.

That evening, delegates stepped out of the hotel for dinner at Les Étoiles. Each guest was welcomed with a wireless charger courtesy of MTI Aviation before enjoying a amazing dining experience with sweeping views of Rome. The menu artfully blended classic Italian flavours with contemporary touches, making for an unforgettable night that combined hospitality, elegance, and culture.

The final day continued with another round of curated meetings, reaffirming the value of face-to-face engagement. A longer coffee break proved a highlight, giving delegates extra time to connect in a more informal setting. Buyers explored tabletop displays where Suppliers showcased their products, services, and innovations in a friendly, open environment. This structure encouraged deeper conversations and genuine understanding of the offerings. As the last meetings wrapped up, it was clear the relationships built throughout the week had grown into strong foundations for long-term collaboration.

MTB Aviation Europe concluded with a memorable closing dinner, bringing delegates together one last time to celebrate the week’s achievements. During the evening, the MTB Events team shared their thanks with all attendees, sponsors, and partners for their vital role in the event’s success. The evening captured the spirit of the week as a whole — collaborative, welcoming, and community-focused.
