Entry Measures into Thailand (Effective from 1 June 2022 onwards)
FOREIGN NATIONALS
Documents required for Thailand Pass
- Copy of your Passport information Page
- Flight arrival date and flight number
- Hotel Address in Bangkok: Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok – 494 Rajdamri Road, Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolitan, Thailand, 10330
- Certificate of vaccination or if unvaccinated / not fully vaccinated, RT-PCR / Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure
- Proof of Medical Treatments Coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD)

You should receive your Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours. Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check your documents.
Travelers who has been vaccinated
International travelers who are fully vaccinated required to register for a Thailand Pass (via https://tp.consular.go.th/) with a Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination, a proof of Medical Treatments Coverage (minimum 10,000 USD) and copy of passport. After register, travelers will receive Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours. Please note that your entry to Thailand is not determined solely by the Thailand Pass QR Code, but also by the validity of your documents attached therein
Travelers who has not been vaccinated
International travelers who are unvaccinated or are not fully vaccinated required to register for a Thailand Pass (via https://tp.consular.go.th/) with RT-PCR or Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure, a proof of Medical Treatments Coverage (minimum 10,000 USD) and copy of passport. After register, travelers will receive Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours. Please note that your entry to Thailand is not determined solely by the Thailand Pass QR Code, but also by the validity of your documents attached therein
