BUSS Terminal have announced that they have opened their new base in Eemshaven. This new hub will operate and serve as a home for renewables along the Northern European coast.
OEG Offshore, Manor Renewable Energy (MRE), Lubbers were invited to the opening ceremony that commenced on the 1st June. This event marked a major milestone in the transition towards a greener future.

OEG, MRE and Lubbers are proud to be at the forefront with BUSS and I can confirm we have secured storage and office space with our European partners Lubbers to service offshore wind energy developments at the new logistics base.”

As part of the creation of the new base, MRE will have a collection of temporary power sets at Eemshaven, ready for mobilisation to assist the offshore wind market in northern Holland and Germany which will help support the construction and O&M operations.

A community event on 10th June continued the celebrations for BUSS. The event marked 50 years of Eemshaven operations and provided a further boost to the Groningen region.
