MTB Aviation Europe 2026 has successfully concluded, bringing together aviation decision-makers and Supplier Companies from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in Malta. Over the course of the event, Buyers and Suppliers came together for a programme of one-to-one meetings, networking and social activities, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, build relationships and explore new business opportunities. The MTB Events team would like to thank all Buyers, Suppliers, and sponsors for their support in making this year’s event such a memorable and enjoyable experience.
The event began with delegates arriving in Malta and checking in ahead of the busy programme of meetings and networking activities. Upon registration, attendees were welcomed by the MTB Events team and provided with their event materials, while the new Welcome Lounge, sponsored by Aero Engine Solutions, gave delegates a relaxed space to settle in and start making connections. Delegates also received event lanyards kindly sponsored by MTI Aviation. With aviation professionals from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa arriving throughout the day, there was a real sense of anticipation for the days ahead.
The opening evening began on the water, with delegates enjoying a boat tour of Malta’s stunning Blue Lagoon aboard a traditional Turkish gullet, kindly sponsored by APAS. The evening continued with the Welcome Dinner, where delegates had the opportunity to relax, reconnect with familiar faces and make new introductions ahead of the formal meeting schedule. Guests also received a keyring bottle opener from Aeras Aviation, providing a memorable memento from the evening. With great food, conversation and Malta’s renowned hospitality, the first evening set the tone for a successful few days ahead.
The first full day of MTB Aviation Europe saw delegates begin a busy schedule of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, bringing Buyers and Suppliers together for focused discussions throughout the day. Carefully coordinated by the MTB Events team, the meeting programme was designed to create meaningful introductions and help delegates make the most of their time at the event. Each Buyer table was also provided with a bag kindly supplied by Fenix Aerospace, along with pens and notepads from AMP Aero Services.
Across the meeting floor, conversations covered a wide range of topics, from current purchasing requirements and operational needs to future projects and potential areas for collaboration. The structured format gave delegates the opportunity to speak directly with relevant industry professionals, while the energy throughout the day reflected the value of bringing aviation decision-makers and specialist Suppliers together in one place. As the meetings progressed, new relationships were formed and existing partnerships strengthened, laying the foundations for future business across the aviation industry.
A standout moment of MTB Aviation Europe came on the second evening, when delegates stepped away from the meeting floor for a special dinner in one of Malta’s most historic and atmospheric settings. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and the character of a historic residence, the evening provided a relaxed setting for delegates to continue conversations and strengthen the relationships formed throughout the day.
Adding to the evening’s atmosphere, guests were entertained by talented magicians, while MTI Aviation provided a gift box at each place setting as a special touch. With great food, Mediterranean hospitality and plenty of conversation, the dinner offered a memorable opportunity for the aviation community to connect away from the meeting schedule.
The second and final day of meetings continued the momentum of the event, with Buyers and Suppliers returning to the meeting floor for another full schedule of pre-arranged one-to-one appointments. Building on conversations from the previous day, delegates had the opportunity to explore potential partnerships further, revisit promising discussions and develop relationships with new and existing industry contacts.
An extended coffee break also gave delegates the chance to step away from the meeting schedule and explore a selection of Supplier tabletop presentations. The presentations provided an additional opportunity for Suppliers to showcase their products and services, while delegates could discover more about the latest offerings from across the aviation industry.
As the final meetings came to a close, the positive atmosphere and continued engagement throughout the day reflected the value of bringing aviation decision-makers and specialist Suppliers together in one place. The two-day meeting programme provided a focused environment for meaningful conversations, knowledge exchange and opportunities for future collaboration.
MTB Aviation Europe 2026 came to a lively close with an International Food Festival, bringing delegates together for one final evening of food, music and celebration. With a variety of live cooking stations offering dishes from around the world and a DJ playing throughout the evening, the event provided a relaxed and energetic setting for delegates to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate a successful few days in Malta.
The celebrations continued into the evening with an after-party, kindly sponsored by AMP Aero Services. With music, great food and plenty of dancing, the final night gave delegates one last chance to enjoy the company of their fellow Buyers and Suppliers before bringing the event to a close.
After several days of one-to-one meetings, networking and social activities, delegates departed Malta having made new introductions, strengthened existing relationships and created opportunities for future collaboration.
