During a private launch ceremony on 23 January 2025, in Ancona, the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard hosted the inaugural water touch of the M/Y Amor à Vida, CRN’s first full-custom leisure vessel with a displacement hull constructed of steel and aluminium.
M/Y Amor à Vida, formerly known as Project MARANELLO, is a superyacht with an overall length of 67.55 meters, a beam length of 11.80 meters, and a gross weight of 1450 GT. It combines the expertise of CRN and the shipyard’s design and build quality with the creativity of Nuvolari Lenard for the exterior styling and interior design.
As the customer’s project management team and owner’s representative, broking house Moran Yacht & Ship has been instrumental. From technical inspection and approval to project management tasks and on-site supervision and coordination support for external contractors, this role continued throughout every step of the construction.
The end product is a completely custom 67-meter steel and aluminium yacht with six decks that can house up to 12 guests and 17 crew members.
The sleek, sweeping, and powerful external styling of M/Y Amor à Vida is a unique stylistic identity that completely embraces the owner’s particular needs and reflects his vision and lifestyle.
The yacht is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system that enhances passenger comfort while at sea and boosts the fuel economy of the primary engines and generators. Additionally, a heat recovery system is constructed to maximise hot water management for the plumbing system and pools, lowering costs and energy impact while guaranteeing prompt and effective servicing.
In the upcoming months, work on interior and exterior outfitting, testing, and sea trials will continue until the customer handover, which is planned for the spring.
