The 10th Anniversary of MTB Aviation Europe has concluded with the Team now celebrating the success of the event. The MTB ‘Meet the Buyer’ team is thankful for the delegates efforts and enthusiasm during the event making it a great success!

The delegates arrived throughout the Wednesday and were warmly welcomed by the MTB Team, each receiving their extensive event directory and designated Buyer or Supplier, as well as welcome bags sponsored by next level aviation. The team talked each delegate through the full event, explaining the importance of the directory as well as the timeline, ensuring a seamless event for all involved before the delegates checked in and received a further welcome gift, in their rooms, from MTI Aviation.
The welcome dinner was hosted that evening with the delegates having their first opportunity to reconnect with long time acquaintances or to sow the seeds of new friendships. With thanks to AMP Aero for the welcome drinks and Aeras Aviation for luggage tags.
The initial day of meetings began promptly on the Thursday. When the Buyers arrived at the ballroom, the MTB Team escorted them to their assigned tables, where they would be seated for the two days ahead of the scheduled meetings. When the Suppliers arrived at the ballroom, they went straight to the MTB Support Desk to pick up their schedules, which told them the exact time and place of every meeting.
After a productive first day of meetings, the delegates made use of their downtime to either continue networking or get ready for the evening. The attendees reconvened at 7:30pm to be taken out of the formality of the hotel and to a more of the Spanish city. The evening was filled with the sounds of Spain performed by a saxophonist, singer and pianist.
Friday’s meetings proceeded following a similar timetable, with an extended tabletop presentation taking place during the coffee break. Beyond the 20-minute discussions, suppliers can showcase themselves in greater detail and make new connections with the help of their tabletop presentations. The giveaways were a big hit, with many delegates collecting different souvenirs to remember the Suppliers by.
The final night dinner was a great conclusion to the success of MTB Aviation. Following a reception with drinks, our delegates were seated in the ballroom ready for a three-course meal. The evening’s entertainment featured a talented Spanish dancer as well as a very popular photo wall. During the dinner, the MTB Team expressed their sincere gratitude to the Aviation delegates in their final speech alongside a prize draw, sponsored by AMP Aero Services. The evening ended and those in attendance left after successfully establishing and developing strong personal and professional relationships.
