Denison announces the sale of GTT 170, a 52-metre new construction project that will be constructed at the Antalya, Turkey, shipyard of Dynamiq. Pierre Badin from Denison Yachting Monaco, who is once again representing the Buyer, is the one that sold this second Dynamiq project.
“I have really enjoyed working alongside the Dynamiq team for the past two years on the construction of the 50-metre GTT 165, which I also sold, and which is on track for delivery in mid-2025. I am delighted to extend that collaboration with this new, larger project for the Gran Turismo Transatlantic 170. Seeing first-hand the high quality of construction they provide, I was very confident and comfortable introducing this client to the shipyard.”

With a fast-displacement hull and naval architecture designed by Vripack, the 52-metre sub 500 GT yacht GTT 170 combines optimal performance and comfort through careful engineering and state-of-the-art foiling technology. Built to class with Bureau Veritas, this fuel-efficient “go-everywhere” yacht satisfies the most stringent commercial requirements.
The unique exterior has been designed by Dobroserdov Design, while information about the interior designer is still pending. This project’s standout feature is a two-story beach club with a 12-person pool and spa. She has six staterooms with ample space for up to twelve passengers. With a 5000 nautical mile transatlantic range, the Dynamiq GTT 170 is ideal for use as a two-season charter machine.
“The team at Dynamiq is thrilled to collaborate with Denison Yachting again on the construction of another exciting project, the Dynamiq GTT 170, which will be the largest construction undertaken by the shipyard to date. Denison has been a great ambassador for our brand and has consistently introduced like-minded owners looking for next-generation superyachts. We have invested heavily in our hi-tech facility, which can accommodate yachts up to 60 metres, and this new order is a tremendous show of faith in our brand and our future. One last build slot remains available for immediate start for the right client.”
Marija Dobroserdova, Dynamiq’s Director of Sales.
The delivery of the Dynamiq GTT 170 is planned for the first quarter of 2027, with keel laying taking place in the autumn.
