The long-standing and successful partnership between MEYER WERFT and Disney Cruise Line will continue with the German shipyard constructing four more ships that will join Disney Cruise Line’s fleet, providing families with even more chances to enjoy the world-class cuisine, outstanding entertainment, and renowned hospitality that Disney Cruise Line is celebrated for. The itineraries, ship designs, and names are still in development.

With the delivery of Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy in 2010 and 2012, MEYER WERFT and Disney Cruise Line have established a long-standing partnership. Disney Cruise Line acquired the first of the Wish-Class cruise ships, Disney Wish, in 2022. Currently under construction in Papenburg, the sister ships Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny are scheduled for delivery in 2024 and 2025.
With this new order, MEYER WERFT has agreed to the delivery of a research vessel, four offshore converter platforms, and ten cruise ships until 2031.
