The first event of 2024, MTB Marine Americas has concluded with the team celebrating the massive success of the sold-out event.
MTB ‘Meet the Buyer’ would like to extend their gratitude to the attending delegates, their presence and enthusiasm have contributed significantly to the success of the event.

The delegates arrived on the first day and were warmly welcomed by the MTB Team who handed them their badge and the comprehensive directory of all Buyer & Supplier profiles. That evening the attendees were invited to the first dinner to begin networking and connecting. Balam Marine Holdings B.V kindly sponsored this welcome dinner and gifted all delegates with collapsible and reusable cups.
The first day of meetings began promptly on the Thursday. The Buyers were shown to their designated tables where they were based over the two days. Each Buyer table featured their bespoke schedules as well as pens and pads sponsored by Balam Marine Holdings B.V. The suppliers received their own schedules from the MTB support desk before moving around the meeting room every 25 minutes.
Once the first day of meetings had come to a close, the delegates were taken to view the beautiful sights of Panama from the top of El Faro del Casco Antiguo, The Old Town Lighthouse. With a warm welcome of live music and the beautiful and vast view of old and new Panama those in attendance enjoyed the drinks and dinner kindly sponsored by Ket Marine International B.V.
The final day started with more fruitful meetings before the extended coffee break and tabletop presentations. The tabletop presentations are a great way for Suppliers to show their wares and give a more in depth presentation about their business. Giveaways were very popular with lots of delegates collecting unique gifts to remember the Suppliers by.
The final night was an excellent ending to the successful MTB Marine Americas. The night began with a drinks reception before the delegates entered the ballroom and were sat for a three course meal. The event concluded with a speech from MTB Meet the Buyer, a video showcasing the highlights from the past days and then finally the prize draw.
