The MTB Team is currently celebrating the success of MTB Superyachts 2024. With this year’s event selling out fast, it was thoroughly enjoyed by the crowd in Palma de Mallorca.
The MTB ‘Meet the Buyer’ team is thankful for the delegates efforts and enthusiasm during the event, making it a great success!
“We took many great contacts, industry insights, and positive vibes with us. After having 25 talks with customers in just two days, (We) will now have a lot to follow-up and we certainly can’t wait to do that!
Again, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect not only with our customers but also with other suppliers in the maritime industry. After attending the event many times in the last years, I can clearly say, that this event is a must-attend for anyone in our field!”

The delegates arrived on Wednesday throughout the day, when they were welcomed by the MTB Superyachts Team they received their extensive event directory and designated Buyer or Supplier badge with lanyards sponsored by HP Watermakers. The team talked each delegate through the full event, explaining the importance of the directory as well as the timeline, ensuring a seamless event for all involved.
The welcome dinner was hosted out in the beautiful Palma sunshine, with the delegates gathering to reconnect with long time acquaintances or to sow the seeds of new friendships.
The first day of meetings began promptly on the Thursday. The MTB Team showed the Buyers to their designated tables when they arrived at the ballroom; this was where they would be positioned for the two days of scheduled meetings.
Upon reaching the ballroom, the Suppliers first arrived at the MTB Support Desk to obtain their schedules, which provided them with the precise time and table number of each meeting.
After a productive first day of meetings, the delegates made use of their downtime to either continue networking or get ready for the evening. The attendees reconvened at 7:30pm to be whisked away from the formality of the hotel and to a more historic side of Palma. Dinner was served inside a 15th century building on the outskirts of the renowned Son Berga Castle. The traditional Mediterranean feast was fully enjoyed by all.
A similar meeting schedule was followed on Friday, with an extended coffee break for the tabletop presentations. The tabletop presentations are a great way for Suppliers to further exhibit themselves beyond the 20 minute meetings and create additional connection opportunities. The giveaways proved to be highly popular, with many delegates collecting various items to remember the Suppliers by.
The final night dinner was a great conclusion to the success of MTB Superyachts. Following a reception with drinks, our delegates were seated in the ballroom, ready for a three-course meal. The evening’s entertainment featured the calming sounds of guitar as well as a very popular photo booth. During the dinner, the MTB Team expressed their sincere gratitude to the Superyacht delegates in their final speech alongside a video showcasing the highlights of the past few days. The evening ended, and those in attendance left after successfully establishing and developing strong personal and professional relationships.
