MTB ‘Meet the Buyer’ has now concluded the 2023 MTB Aviation event and is celebrating the huge success and the amazing partnerships created.
The team would like to extend their gratitude to all the delegates, their presence and enthusiasm made this year’s Aviation event the best yet.

As the delegates arrived in Malta on the Wednesday they were greeted and handed their directory by the attentive MTB Team, as well as a welcome bag and cup sponsored by Aircrafters LLC. Once they had reached their rooms, they were welcomed with another gift from MTI Aviation, a box of Macrons. That evening everyone gathered for the Ice breaker dinner where they began connecting with Buyers & Suppliers and enjoying cocktails sponsored by AMP Aero Services.
The first day of meetings began Thursday morning with Buyers being directed to their designated table with their bespoke meeting schedule. The suppliers collected their own printed schedule from the MTB Support desk before moving around the meeting room every 25 minutes to meet with the Buyers. The delegates then had a coffee break and lunch to continue their networking efforts before finishing up the day of meetings.
Later that day, the delegates were taken to the historic town of Mdina for a night of good food and entertainment. The evening began with the knighting of three of the esteemed delegates and sword fighting before dinner was served with further entertainment and plenty of fruitful conversations taking place.
Friday began with more rewarding meetings before the morning tabletop presentations took place. Suppliers displayed their goods and gathered attention using creative giveaways and eye-catching displays. An excellent addition to the meetings and allowing more interaction between Buyers & Suppliers.
Friday evening was the perfect conclusion to this unique event. The final night dinner began with a drinks reception before entering the ballroom and witnessing the first prize draw of the evening, kindly sponsored by AMP Aero Services. A DJ, Saxophonist and Photobooth was welcomed by all. A Whiskey bar sponsored by AMP Aero Services was also well received. Lots of fun memories were made as the delegates took the chance to solidify the relationships they had made over the last few days. The excitement continued with the second prize draw, and the night came to a close with a concluding speech, followed by a video showcasing the event’s most memorable highlights.
